New Heys Comprehensive Summary

The project involved a group of children from Key Stage 3. The idea of the project was to design and make a cookie for sale initially at school break times. The project was to key into an ongoing initiative of healthy options. The project group designed a number of prototypes and researched sales and preferences, eventually culminating with a cookie that has been sold to other pupils. They are now intending to market the cookie with a company next term, for sale in local supermarkets and shops.
