COMMUNITY

Our community section will give you an insight into various interesting activities taking place in your region. Feel free to contact any of the people or groups involved if you think that you would like to help or get involved. Below are some of the partners and organisations that we have linked up with to develop the work of Schoolsinteractive.

Scripture Union is a non-denominational, Christ-centred international movement, founded in 1867, working in partnership with individuals and churches across the world.

Church Portal: Explore the activities of local churches and ministries in your area including church diaries, worship, music, prayer, art, drama, teaching. Click on button to enter.

ACTS is designed for people to read other people's stories about their interests and hobbies, as well as their faith, and there is a full Gospel message at the heart of the site, which could appeal to youth or adults.

Reality Clubland Ministry is run completely voluntarily by young adults from around Merseyside. We come from a variety of churches and backgrounds. We are based in Gladstones (18 Slater Street - opposite 'Wonderbar') which opens from 11.00pm - 2.30am serving 'great food at good prices in a relaxing ambient!' (so the patter goes). Try it see if you agree! The café is also used as a music venue with bands playing regularly. At other times in the months we have 'worship nights' - come in, chill and see if you taste a bit of the presence of God (and we're not talking chocolate cakes!)

West Derby Churches Together: Find out what's going on at your local church and in other Christian organizations throughout the week, and see if you would like to get involved in some of the activites, from Ice Skating to Toddlers & Tots, Bible Readings to Coffee Mornings.

Faithlinks: An A to Z listing of Christian busnesses, voluntary organizations and churches.

Together for the Harvest: Together For The Harvest (TFH) is an association of Churches and fellowships from the Mersey Region.

TFH is about seeing tomorrow. It imagines a future in which the people of the Mersey region have been repeatedly given the opportunity to respond to the Good News about Jesus.
